The name Casper & Giumbini’s descends from our Grandmother Maria Casper & Great Grandmother Florence Giumbini, both of whom instilled a great love & appreciation of mealtimes in our family. In fact restaurants have been in our blood since before the renowned Casper & Giumbini’s on Wicklow Street opened its doors in the early 1980’s.
In the same tradition we hope to provide a memorable experience for our guests that they would like to repeat over again by serving great food & drinks in a stylish & relaxed atmosphere.
